BLUE SKIES — Scaffolding reaches to the third floor skylight in the multi-tenant facility being built by West Brothers Construction Company for the Mississippi State University Research and Technology Corporation in the Thad Cochran Research, Technology and Economic Development Park. RTC director Marc McGee expects the 38,000-square-foot building to be move-in ready later this fall.
